A name or place entered in a search box is sent directly to the outside company that operates that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its own results. Winkler County Criminal History does not keep a separate log or copy of the terms submitted through those boxes.

No Criminal-Record Data on File
No database of personal criminal records is stored, assembled, or sold by Winkler County Criminal History. The material instead identifies the Winkler County clerks, sheriff, Texas Department of Public Safety Crime Records Division, and Texas Public Sex Offender Registry as official sources. Texas Government Code Chapter 411 controls authorized access to and dissemination of state criminal-history information. The Texas Public Information Act governs requests to Texas governmental bodies, not data held by this private site. Visitor information is not used to build reports about another person, and this operation is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
